Warranty Information
At Lunar Watches, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your purchase with peace of mind. Below are the details of our warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage
- All the watches sold on the website comes with 3 months movement warranty (Automatic movement watches comes with 90 Days warranty). You get 3 months movement warranty. If there is a mechanical fault with the watch movement we will replace the watch. Warranty does not cover any form of accidental damage, wear and tear, engraving, water damage, strap, loss of stones or the plating/colour. If you need to make a warranty claim please get in touch with us and we will assist you. Warranty repairs will take 5-28 days depending on the fault. If a warranty claim is made within 28 days of purchase we will cover all postage costs. However if a warranty claim is made after 28 days, the customer is liable for postage costs. As of January 1st 2019, we no longer stamp the warranty booklets.
What is Covered?
- Movement defects
- Defects in the watch case or strap (excluding normal wear and tear or accidental damage)
- Battery failure within the first 12 months
What is Not Covered?
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or fading
- Water damage if the watch exceeds its specified water resistance
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Loss or theft of the product
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact Us: Email us at customerservice@lunarwatches.co.uk with the following details:

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos highlighting the defect, if applicable
Return Instructions: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
Repair or Replacement: Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will either repair the item or replace it with the same model (or an equivalent if the model is no longer available).
Important Notes
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Please retain your proof of purchase as it is required for all warranty claims.
- Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the warranty period.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your product is outside the warranty period or the issue is not covered, we may still offer repair services at a reasonable cost. Please contact us at customerservice@lunarwatches.co.uk for further details.
